Begin where you are
Is this where you are right now?
You notice yourself agreeing, adapting or going quiet to keep connection, then struggle to hear what you actually feel or need.
What could change
Bring the learning into your everyday life.
Recognise a moment of self-abandonment and practise staying present to your experience while deciding how to respond.
The aim is useful understanding and practice. Your experience and pace will be your own; a particular personal result is not guaranteed.
Something to take with you
Create a practical takeaway.
A pause-and-return practice and one small preference or boundary to express.
You will build this through reflection and small practice tasks. It is something you can adapt, return to and use beyond the course.
Your proposed course journey
What you will explore and practise.
The module sequence and lesson titles below are the current curriculum draft. Full teaching, recordings and final resources are still in development.
Module 1
Recognising the moment you leave yourself
Bring the three lesson ideas together in a situation you choose, then record a practical next step and what you want to review.
1.1 The automatic yes
Notice how this idea appears in an ordinary situation and separate observation from interpretation.
1.2 Minimising your own feelings
Explore possible responses and the support, information or boundaries that would make them workable.
1.3 Body clues and inner hesitation
Choose a manageable practice and decide how you will reflect on what happens.

Your learning resources
More than lessons to watch.
The planned course kit supports reflection, practice and integration. Course-specific workbook drafts are being prepared for review; student downloads will become available with the released course.
Your course workbook
A course-specific draft with a starting reflection, 4 module worksheets, 12 lesson practice prompts and a closing review.
Module practice worksheets
A printable worksheet for each module, bringing the lesson ideas into examples, decisions and small practices. These are included in the workbook.
Your personal takeaway
A pause-and-return practice and one small preference or boundary to express.
Reflection and integration plan
A before-and-after check-in, a manageable practice plan and a review of what helped, what changed and where more support is needed.
A workable rhythm
Make room to practise.
Explore one module at a time, with a short practice between lessons. A module a week is one possible rhythm; you can take longer. Teaching duration will be confirmed when production is complete.
How will I notice progress?
Begin with an ordinary situation you would like to understand. Return to it as you work through the course. Notice what you can name more clearly, what you tried and what you would adjust. Completion is an invitation to keep practising.
Your choice and pace
Learn in a way that fits you.
You can use a fictional or low-stakes example for personal exercises. Share only what you choose, and adapt or pause a practice when needed.
The workbook is designed for printing or for responding in your own notebook. Final lesson formats and accessibility details will be listed before enrolment.
Course access
Choose how you take part.
When released, this self-paced course is intended to be available individually and through Academy All Access. Related guided packages include only the courses named in their sequence, with one released at a time on a published schedule.
Before you begin.
When does it open?
The Academy’s opening is planned for 1 January 2027, with courses released over time. This course’s own release date will be announced when its teaching and resources are ready.
Do I need experience?
This reflective course is designed to let you start with an ordinary question or experience. Any recommended preparatory learning will be listed before release.
Are the resources ready?
Draft workbooks and worksheets are being reviewed alongside the curriculum. The public page shows what is planned; it does not mean that recordings, downloads or enrolment are already open.
Can I buy just this course?
Yes. An individual purchase is planned, alongside access to released self-paced course content through membership. Final access and purchasing terms will be shown before you enrol.
