This course is designed for those who sense beyond the visible world and wish to remain present, regulated, and sovereign while doing so. Rather than encouraging escape, dissociation, or spiritual inflation, this journey emphasizes coherence, discernment, and nervous system safety.
Across six paced movements, participants are guided to stabilize expanded perception, develop clear discernment, and live as a coherent bridge between realms while remaining fully engaged in everyday life.
