This journey gently unwinds guilt, people-pleasing, and over-responsibility so that your boundaries can arise from clarity rather than defense.
You will learn to hold your no calmly in your body, regulate the nervous system response around boundaries, and communicate from integrity rather than fear. This is not about becoming hard — it is about becoming clear.
