The Nervous System as Sacred Language is a deeply embodied course in learning how your body speaks — through sensation, rhythm, contraction, expansion, and regulation.
Rather than overriding or managing the nervous system, this journey teaches you to listen, interpret, and respond with attunement. Safety becomes a felt experience, not a concept, and regulation becomes a relationship rather than a technique.
